Description
A lone patch of trees and grass in the midst of a wide open expanse of sawgress. The beauty of which is immeasurable! This is the beginning of a hammock. A island oasis for birds and wildlife of all sorts. The title for me meant a lot more than just the hammock it self. I was all alone when I took this photo. Have you ever been totally alone? I was deep in the swamp land of central Florida's gulf coast. No sounds of cars, boats, or airplanes. Birds and the wind are the only sounds that could be heard. It is a very peaceful feeling. "All Alone"!!! Photo converted into a digital oil painting on canvas.

Beautiful image, Marvin. I did not have much fear of being alone in nature in Maine, but and not confident enough to do that in Florida yet. L/F I love the title and what it meant to you.
