When someone tells you - you have balls dude! You tell them, I sure do, would you like to see them?

You'll have to pause a bit to get the reaction, then lead them into a private room, and present them for all to see. Best if hidden behind a curtain at maybe waist level. It makes a nice gag especially if you already have a baseball theme going.
