We're having Chilli-con-carne for dinner tonight :-)
Camera Nikon D610 with 105mm Lens.
Recipe for Don's Tartan Chilli-con-Carne:
Onions finely diced,
Bacon, 1/2 Lb,
Minced Beef. 1Lb.
Garlic. I bulb.
Smoked Paprika. 1tspn.
Scotch Bonnet Chilli Peper. 1 or 2 to taste. (They're HOT).
Chili Pepper.
Sweet Peppers.
Mushrooms.
Gherkins.
Red Kidney Beans.
Black Pepper.
Olive Oil
Salt
Tomatoes (Tinned or Fresh).
Small squirt of tomato puree.
Chocolate Dark Rich Cocoa. 100% 1tspn.
