61 x 76 cm oil on canvas painting
This was painted on a canvas that I black gessoed. There was a lot of deep shadows in the trees lining the opposite side of the lake so I essentially painted the highlights. I liked the late afternoon light that was just illuminating the peaks of the nearby mountains.
