The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Griffon vultures (Gyps fulvus) feeding, Sierra de Guara, Huesca, Aragon, Spain. The vulture population in Spain has plummeted since the introduction of European Union rules preventing farmers leaving dead carcasses on their land. Sierra de Guara is an official observation and monitoring site where once a week, the vultures are fed by conservation volunteers with carrion obtained from abattoirs and butchers. This opportunity is used by conservationists to count the number of vultures in the population. Photographed in 2013.
