Love the graphic but it is placed too low on the shirt. should be 2-3 inches higher

This was my first Beatles shirt. I wore it to a Ringo concert fall of 2022. I love it and bought two more, different colors but same art!

In 1791, President Washington commissioned Pierre (Peter) Charles L'Enfant, a French-born architect and city planner, to design the new capital. The L'Enfant Plan featured broad streets and avenues radiating out from rectangles, providing room for open space and landscaping. Painting medium is oil paints.
