The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

The site of royal coronations since William the Conqueror in 1066, the Abbey stands at the heart of British life. Royal weddings, state funerals, national observances, and daily worship mark the passage of time in the Abbey. The present church dates mainly to the vision of Henry III who began construction of the Lady Chapel in 1245, removing the eastern end of Edward the Confessor's structure. Work continued as finances allowed until the final phase of work drew to a close with the 1745 completion of the West Tower (as viewed in this picture. The great West Front, a design of Abbey surveyor Nicholas Hawksmoor, features twin bell towers of Portland stone.
The Abbey pulls me in on each visit to London. Its graves and memorials recall the rich history of the Britain--politics, religion, music, science, literature, military, etc... This image, captured late on a May afternoon amidst a...

Stephen operates Stephen Stookey Photography, an online print on demand business. Thank you for taking time to view my portfolio.
