This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
This is Winky, and Asian elephant that was sent from the Detroit Zoo to the Performing Animal Welfare Society's elephant sanctuary. The Zoo concluded that they could not properly house these large animals and made the humane decision to send them to a sanctuary. They made a decision that most zoos should make but do not. Most zoos are ill equipped to house these intelligent beings, who, in the wild, roam maybe 30 plus miles a day in matriarchal herds. They are social animals and zoos cannot meet their physical and social needs.
About Galen Hazelhofer
After years of working as a graphic designer, I am retired and am doing what I love to do, enjoying life in the Sacramento, CA area. My heart has always been with animals and I have always been a mom to my rescue dogs. I also go to the Capital to speak for bills involving animal rights when they come up. I want so much to help animals that in years past, I have donated custom pet portraits to a number of animal rescue groups for their fundraisers and have also done several elephant watercolor paintings for the Performing Animal Welfare Society (PAWS, San Andreas, CA).
