I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Yak butter thermoses are carried into the temples in Lhasa and a small bit of butter poured into the candles as an act or worship. Yak butter is plentiful, wax isn't, so the yak butter is used as the fuel for the candles.
