Giovanni Marco Sassu was born in Porto Torres (Sardinia - Italy) in 1947, he is a watercolorist since 1974 and is a realist painter in style. His subjects are boats, landscapes and still lifes. He enjoys capturing his figures as they really are. He is a member of the I.S.M.P. (International Society of Marine Painter, inc.) and the A.I.A. (Associazione Italiana Acquerellisti). The author is also devoted to photography, which is his hobby. His works are included in private collections throughout Italy, Spain, Cuba, France. more
