CONGRATULATIONS to the runaway winner ;
Baltimore Oriole Portrait by Carmen Macuga.
And THANK YOU to all those who participated and voted.
SELECTIVE COLOR ONLY. Let's see your best SELECTIVE COLOR artwork with the color ORANGE ONLY.
READ THESE RULES PLEASE................
Hopefully you know what SELECTIVE COLOR means. If not, please see the Contest Logo image for reference.
Logo photo is 'Training my gypsy horse' by Elizabeth Lucas.
Basically it means that most of the image is intentionally BLACK AND WHITE, with just a portion showing some real color, in this case ONLY ORANGE. And, just because an artwork may have a touch of white and black doesn't mean that it is intentionally Selective Color..... It must look like you worked to get it that way.
If the submission is not SELECTIVE COLOR (as described above), the artwork will be deleted. If the artwork does not show ONLY ORANGE, it will be deleted.
And PLEASE, don't make us need a magnifying glass to find the color.
One entry per FAA member.
The winner gets bragging rights and the joy of winning.
If you truly enjoy Selective Color, please be sure that you have joined the group!
Each participant may submit 1 image.
