I love this and it's situated behind me a little in my office. When I turn towards it, I'm reminded that there is always light and colour and to remember my roots. I have been wanting one of Cormac's pieces for a good while now and will buy an original maybe Christmastime. This is absolutely beautiful.

About Anne Norskog

Art is in the eye of the beholder. I will not write in the third person here. That sounds pretentious and, most of the time, inaccurate. Being in the last third of my life, it becomes clear good health is the finest gift possible. Again, nature provides the most beautiful inspirations. Walk into your own garden. Stroll a beach or a path in the woods. Watch the sun and clouds or a kitten playing with a piece of string. Pay attention to the faces you see...they each tell their own story. Create something wonderful that has a piece of your own heart on it. The emotions that drive us human beings also drive our art. The viewer is respectfully reminded my works are copyright protected. Please visit me often. Kindest...

Hi Anne, Thank you for your kind comments about my "Brooklyn Bridge" painting! I've enjoyed looking at your art, too. This one jumped right off of the page at me.Such subtle colors. I find it a real trick to capture dim light like this and you pulled it off beautifully. I love the lighthouses too. You must live on the coast?
Anne Norskog replied:
Hi Anne--Thank you for these most gracious comments. Yes--I live about 60 miles from the Pacific in one direction and about 20 miles from Puget Sound in another...not quite on the water but very close.
