My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

Artist's Description
A Red Squirrel poses for animal crackers in a Thousand Trails Preserve. This is a membership campground we belong to with 81 parks we live in year round. Traveling from one part of the country to another to see all that we can see.
The word "squirrel", first specified in 1327. Squirrels are generally small animals, ranging in size from the African pygmy squirrel at(2.83.9 in) in length and just (0.35 oz) in weight, to the Alpine marmot which is (2129 in) long and weighs from (11 to 18 lb). Squirrels typically have slender bodies with bushy tails and large eyes. Their fur is generally soft and silky, although much thicker in some species than others. The color of squirrels is highly variable between and often even within species.
The hind limbs are generally longer than the fore limbs, and they have four or five toes on each foot. Their paws on their fore feet include a thumb, although this is often poorly developed. The feet also have soft pads on the underside...

While being a nuisance around some of our local plants and gardens and bird feeders, this little rodentia, as you have shown here, can by quite adorable too. Nice job on the details Nadine and Bob! What a fine piece of artwork for me to proudly display on our Featured Artwork section of our Homepage, within our family of friends and fine artists, in our Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery group. It is truly an honor to showcase your talents and beautiful artworks within our site, as our members get more promotion than in most groups, as I change out our Featured Artworks section 20 to 30 images at a time, and almost on a daily basis. Bob, this is the exact look the squirrels get in their faces before they bite off the flower heads of my sunflowers. Great shot.
