I love your light houses and storms paintings, very details and beautiful :-)

Thanks James! :-D

Very cool! Faqntastic!

Hi Joyce. Tesla was an amazing person. One can only wonder at his brain and what made him tick. Pure genius. Glad you like this one! :-D

I am using an excellent Tesla device which has been helping me with a thyroid condition. So I was very intrigued that you would give him homage. Very nicely done!

Thanks DIane. Lightning is one of my favorite subjects to paint. :-D

I love the lightening 'spilling' from the clouds! Wonderful

Thank you Paula. :-D

I'm there!

Hi Louise. Thanks for the kind words. I was born and raised in Wyoming but live in Washington now...been here for about 25 years. Got the webbed feet to prove it. ;-D

I am glad you like my killdeer. It gave me a chance to come see your work. I love all your stormy sky scenes and the way you depict lightening! You are really awesome. I am confused. Are you in Wyoming or WA or Neither?

Thank you Yasser. I have enjoyed looking at your work.

very great art work

Una vez más debo agradecerle senor por su alabanza de mi arte. Pienso que el suyo es excelente y tan hermoso.

Gracias por tus comentarios y la eleccion de mis obras.Muchas gracias.

Hi Don. When I painted this one I wanted it to be as dynamic and dramatic as was Tesla. Perhaps a bit presumptious on my part. His gifts have touched all of us and we do not even know it.

this is a very wonderful composition. i love the contrast you have generated. well done

Thanks Larry for the great comment. Your stills are so good you are in a class by yourself.

Thanks for the comments on my painting. I love this one. Larry

Thank you. All of your Passion works are excellent, Svitozar.

About Acrylic Prints

Mounting Option #1

Mounting Option #2

Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of an acrylic print.   Your image gets printed directly onto the back of a 1/4" thick sheet of clear acrylic.

The image is the art - it doesn't get any cleaner than that!

All acrylic prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with four aluminum mounting posts (Option #1) or hanging wire (Option #2).

The high gloss of the acrylic sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

There are two different ways to mount your acrylic print.

Option #1 (Mounting Posts) - Attach your print to your wall with four aluminum mounting posts.   The cylindrical cap of each mounting post can be removed, allowing you to thread a small screw along the center axis of the of post and into the wall.   When you're finished, simply reattached each cap, and you're done.   The mounting posts act as stand-offs and keep your print separated from the wall by 1".   All of the required mounting hardware (i.e. posts, screws, and wall anchors) is included with your print.   Click here for mounting details.

Option #2 (Hanging Wire) - With this option, your acrylic print is attached to a 1/4" thick black board which has a wooden frame and hanging wire attached to the back.   There are no metal mounting posts at the corners.   Simply put a nail in your wall, hang your print from the hanging wire, and you're done.   Due to the thickness of the black board and mounting frame, your print is separated from the wall by 1.50"   Click here for mounting details.

my one comment is I wish I had bought a larger version

I ordered this because I liked the way the pictured wrapped around the frame. It is very thin and doesn't wrap around. It's also VERY shiny!

Received our large art piece in great order. It looks beautiful in our kitchen. Would order from this company again.

I mean it doesn't get much better than this. I've got this picture hanging front and center in my apartment for everyone to see when they enter. A beautiful tribute to the late Sean Taylor and his wonderful impact on the Redskins organization. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend

Artist's Description

Tesla was at least 100 years ahead of his time. All of his inventions are in use this very day. Everything from the "simple" electric motor to the television in your den or living room is his. He butted heads with Thomas Edison--and won! Brilliant, cheated, and alone, he died quietly in his New Yorker suite. Some of his scientific papers have been absconded by...whom? Good question. This painting is an homage to Tesla.

About Anne Norskog

Art is in the eye of the beholder. I will not write in the third person here. That sounds pretentious and, most of the time, inaccurate. Being in the last third of my life, it becomes clear good health is the finest gift possible. Again, nature provides the most beautiful inspirations. Walk into your own garden. Stroll a beach or a path in the woods. Watch the sun and clouds or a kitten playing with a piece of string. Pay attention to the faces you see...they each tell their own story. Create something wonderful that has a piece of your own heart on it. The emotions that drive us human beings also drive our art. The viewer is respectfully reminded my works are copyright protected. Please visit me often. Kindest...
