Karen Cattel is a special artist and her whimsical art looks great on the two sturdy totes I purchased. One is a gift for a friend and the other is for me. I love them.

I so appreciate being able to have this old-fashioned outdoor dinner scene on a tote bag. It is adorable. Thank you for making it available.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Have not received my Can’t send photo…. Have not received my purchase
Tesla was at least 100 years ahead of his time. All of his inventions are in use this very day. Everything from the "simple" electric motor to the television in your den or living room is his. He butted heads with Thomas Edison--and won! Brilliant, cheated, and alone, he died quietly in his New Yorker suite. Some of his scientific papers have been absconded by...whom? Good question. This painting is an homage to Tesla.
Art is in the eye of the beholder. I will not write in the third person here. That sounds pretentious and, most of the time, inaccurate. Being in the last third of my life, it becomes clear good health is the finest gift possible. Again, nature provides the most beautiful inspirations. Walk into your own garden. Stroll a beach or a path in the woods. Watch the sun and clouds or a kitten playing with a piece of string. Pay attention to the faces you see...they each tell their own story. Create something wonderful that has a piece of your own heart on it. The emotions that drive us human beings also drive our art. The viewer is respectfully reminded my works are copyright protected. Please visit me often. Kindest...

Hi Don. When I painted this one I wanted it to be as dynamic and dramatic as was Tesla. Perhaps a bit presumptious on my part. His gifts have touched all of us and we do not even know it.
Don Quackenbush
this is a very wonderful composition. i love the contrast you have generated. well done
