SHIRT IS GREAT, BUT LOTS OF CONFUSION WITH FINE ART AMERICA CUSTOMER SERVICE... TOOK OVER A MONTH OF EMAILS TO FIND OUT THE T SHIRT COLOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE, HAD TO REORDER. NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING OR OTHER DISCOUNT OFFERED FOR THEIR SCREW UP. GOT THE SHIRT A COUPLE DAYS BEFORE OUR EVENT, THANKFULLY. BUT DIDNT HAVE IT TO GIVE TO AT CHRISTMAS AS PLANNED.IMAGE ITSELF IS A CLASSIC. SHIRT IS NOT TOP QUALITY, CERTAINLY NOT WORTH WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING.

That's how much we paid for the new Newport Beach, CA city hall & library. Seems cheap to me but some people are saying they spent too much. This 16 acer lot has been transformed into an amazing place. The design is to give the feel of a sail boat. It's a mile walk around the whole place. 135 million dollars in a city with so many houses that cost 5-25+ million each is cheap. And I heard they even came in under budget. But by the time the loans are paid off in 30 years, the total bill to taxpayers will be at least $237 million dollars. Which sounds like a lot but if you account for real inflation of at least 10% a year it's still cheap.
TC Morgan is an internationally published & award winning photographer currently living in Southern California. TC has been involved with photography for his entire life. Coming from a famous photographic family it was normal to take lots of pictures. His photographic schooling started with film & darkroom. First attending Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA in high school. A few years later TC was awarded a California arts scholarship to California Institute of the Arts. TC later went on to attend Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA.
