Artificial intelligence chip tested at CERN for use in space. This is Intel's Movidius Myriad 2 VPU chip, designed for uses that include artificial intelligence (AI). Here at CERN it is being subjected to high-energy particles that it would be exposed to when used on spacecraft. CERN is the European particle physics laboratory.
