Description
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of Concord's first commercial flights on January 21st 1976, I have created a set of illustrations depicting Concord from the first flight in 1969 through to the final flight in 2003. This image set against a sky blue background is of British Airways Concorde G-BOAF in the livery used between 1984 and 1997. G-BOAF was the last Concorde to fly on 26 November 2003, it flew a "lap of honour" above Bristol before landing at Filton. It will be the star feature of the proposed Bristol Aviation Heritage Museum.
