Coloured coronarography (contrast medium X-ray) scan of a 59-year-old man's heart, showing a narrowing (stenosis, upper centre) of the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery. Coronary arteries supply the heart muscle with blood, and narrowing and blockages in these arteries can lead to a heart attack. This is a right anterior oblique view.
