Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

Light micrograph of a section through a computer multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) with a via filled with solder. A via is an electrical connection between layers in a physical electronic circuit that goes through the plane of one or more layers. A small part of a PCB was embedded in light curing resin and then ground and diamond polished. The image shows the basic epoxy material of the PCB with glass reinforcement filaments in linen weave (blue) with two copper layers of the multilayer. Microscopic contrast technique : Incident brightfield combined with UV excitation fluorescence. Magnification 40x when printed 10 centimetres wide.
