The case is very beautiful --- however, I need to clean my phone separate from my case frequently now and it is made of such rigid plastic that I need a knife to pry it out and fear it will crack or I will stab myself or damage my phone. Love the artwork, disappointed in the quality of the phone case.

Great design--the case is a little stiffer than I expected and it wasn't easy to get on, but once I got it on all the controls/ports/camera are accessible, and it's unique and beautiful. Taking one star off for it taking almost 6 weeks to get to me.
This painting is of a real place in circa 1950s rural Wyoming. Most farmers and ranchers did not have their own telephone so making a call required thought and planning. This phone was about eight miles from our ranch. The hotel switchboard had to connect to "central" and the operator always said, "Number please." This painting is very nearly square
Art is in the eye of the beholder. I will not write in the third person here. That sounds pretentious and, most of the time, inaccurate. Being in the last third of my life, it becomes clear good health is the finest gift possible. Again, nature provides the most beautiful inspirations. Walk into your own garden. Stroll a beach or a path in the woods. Watch the sun and clouds or a kitten playing with a piece of string. Pay attention to the faces you see...they each tell their own story. Create something wonderful that has a piece of your own heart on it. The emotions that drive us human beings also drive our art. The viewer is respectfully reminded my works are copyright protected. Please visit me often. Kindest...

(^_^) Thanks Gary! We had one of these old knuckle busters when I was a very small child--it took about 5 years to get an upgrade to the new fangled desk model but we were still on an 8-party line. Now, I would love to find an old Kellogg wall phone. Glad you didn't miss the call! Lilly would still be on switchboard at "Central"...

I was actually looking for the latest of your fine rose botanicals when I came across this compelling image and I just had to take the call

Lily Tomlin’s spoof of the old-time “Central” was right on the money. “Is this the party to whom I am speaking?” One ringy-dingy, two ringy-dingy. Thanks for the day brightener. :-D

I missed this one for some reason. Sorry Anne, but I hand to chuckle. I can hear Lily Tomlin on the switch board with her pinched nostril tone.

Thank you Sharon. These old telephones were crucial in their day. The first telephone on our ranch was one just exactly like this. Crank, crank, crank, number please, on an 8 party line.

Nicely done! Great concept!
