This craniosacral osteopathy is to treat the misaligned skull plates that have led to the vagus nerve becoming trapped. The vagus nerve is connected to the digestive system. Osteopathy is a medical system that acknowledges the importance of the musculoskeletal system to a healthy body. A disorder in one part of this interrelated system may cause problems in another. After diagnosis, treatment commonly involves manual manipulation, stretching or the application of pressure.
