I purchased a a shower curtain with the American flag and fire hat with badge number and the image on the shower curtain looked nothing like the picture and the colors ran into the white. I was very disappointed since it was a Christmas present for my son who is a firefighter. I just return them but your artwork is very beautiful.

I love my little hum-hum bird zippered bag. I have a small Tupperware divided box, and the bag is the perfect size for it. The lid sometimes pops off (it's pretty full!), so I put it in this litlte bag which is just perfect for it. I love the hum-hum bird, which DC created after I was joking with her about what she's do with a hummingbird picture she'd taken and this was the result.

Image beautiful, quality of finish very good. The problem is the size of this product. I wanted to have it for my pad but while the dimensions online seem to suggest it matching, the zipper is the reason why I cannot put my pad in. the dimensions of a finished product are not what is advertised. I used it for holding my pens, notebook and charging cables but not for the item it was meant to be.

The tote is super cute and good quality - fabric and stitching.

I called over 3 months ago and let everyone know that I never received the proper order. the minis were printed backwards and the totes were printed with the wrong image I sent photos and still did not receive the right products. This is very frustrating that fine art did this to my order.

Artist's Description

I'm a Firefighter and have painted firefighters in action for close to 20 years. When I saw the World Trade Center on 9/11 I knew there were going to be a high number of fatalities, including firefighters. At the end of that horrible Tuesday, there were countless lives that would change forever. I know many New York firefighters, including my brother, that lost friends and co-workers that day. I attended the funerals of the firefighters I did know and many more I didn't. I had to paint something. I wanted it to be simple but powerful enough to make a lasting impression. Like the impression left by the firefighters climbing the WTC to make complete the largest rescues in US history. That is why I painted A New York City firefighters helmet place on an American Flag. I don't think I need to say anymore except, NEVER FORGET!

About Paul Walsh

Paul Walsh

My name is Paul Joseph Walsh and I was raised in Newington CT. I had an inherent artist interest and began painting at an early age. I was encouraged by family and art teachers to continue to expand my artistic ability. I also had an interest in firefighting at an early age. I joined the fire service as a volunteer in 1979. After serving 5 years, my love for firefighting transitioned to a career with the City of New Britain Fire Department (NBFD). I'm currently a Deputy Chief with NBFD and a third generation firefighter. I attended Central Connecticut State University for graphic arts and Hartford State Technical College for fire science. I was inspired by a friend and New York City Firefighter/Artist John Goss to paint firefighters as my...
