Purchasing and delivery were great. The print arrived with a small amount of debris inside the glass. Customer service is a nightmare, no resolution.

This is an excellent frame. The only drawback is the use regular glass. It is too reflective and so you can only hang the picture in areas where there is lower light. The other option is museum glass or anti reflective glass. Fine Art America should offer the option of museum glass with their framing services.
