Description
This is an experiment in bright but flat color areas. Using GIMP software, I pasted a narrow palette of colors in all the separate areas. Once I was satisfied with the final color design, I could start painting.
To achieve the nice flat surfaces, I had to paint most areas several times. Finally I drew the black lines with a marker pen. The painting has been painted all the way to the edges, so there is not a real need to put a frame around the painting.

To make this painting, I started with a pen drawing on the canvas using a sharpie black marker pen. Next, (I had picked the colors beforehand) I had to mix each color and then then paint each little section carefully. To achieve the even flat color, most sections needed to be painted two to four times. Pretty time consuming. Finally, I went over all the black lines again with the marker, and then coated the whole canvas with a layer of liquitex glossy varnish.
