Description
"A Point of Light" is a result of the notion that I could "paint" with my camera, using the light passing through the lens to apply colors onto the imaging surface with a single exposure. In doing so, I create abstract light paintings such as "A Point of Light", here suggesting the the religious (though from a most secular location), strictly by the photographic process. Yet these are actual photographs, even though this image is very different than what the human eye and brain would perceive when viewing the subject itself. The original capture has been slightly cropped, and only subjected to minor post capture processing to change contrast and color density.
"A Point of Light" is only being issued as a limited edition print, with a total of 50 copies to be produced.
