hi johny -- another very special piece; bravo. Voltaire, when asked, described life as "a flick of light between two eternities." I can see that you're enjoying your flick. l/f

I keep looking at this painting and reading the description over and over. So many takes on this depending on the person looking. For me, I see the angel up in the left hand corner and the wings are off and floating in the sky. It makes me sad that good and kind seem to be out of style these days. Sigh. Upfront the power struggles, rage, greed. All wrapped up in vibrant color. I see the black doorways that lead to nothing in the end. Well anyway Johny it is a great painting and one that makes me think about life, people, motives etc. Your paintings always carry a message if one just takes the time to really look it is all there. I am adding to my favs for sure.
