I collect travel stamps for a hobby, but when I visited the Noah Webster House in West Hartford Connecticut there was no travel stamp available for my collection booklet so I came across this sticker on your fine website and it is now in my travel stamp booklet under my Noah Webster House visit. Laura Regan was born in Canada and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She knew that she wanted to be an artist since the age of five when she colored Ruby Slippers onto her feet and discovered the magic of art. After studying graphic design at the Maryland Institute College of Art, she switched things up a bit to focus on her intense love of painting.
