This was our first purchase from the site and we love it! It arrived quickly. We wanted something different for the guest bath and this art combined two of my husband's favorite things. The curtain has a quality feel to it and the design is bright I wasn't sure of the color combination at first (orangey red, navy, turquoise and a touch of black) but it works! We've received many compliments and chuckles. My only regret was not being able to fit the words on without using a border - I was unsure of the colors, etc. Bottom line is that we love what we received!!! LOVE it!

NICE.
Abbot's Hut at over 9.500 ft. on a col in Canadian Rockies sleeps 22 climbers. To the left is a very steep scree slope and British Columbia; to the right is a glacier with deadly crevasses and Alberta. In the background is Mt. Victoria, the backdrop to Lake Louise. The outhouse is the highest building in Canada.
I am a retired professor at a college in Toronto and taught critical thinking and communications. In the past I also taught literature, creative thinking and problem solving. I've also had the opportunity to teach about and lead tours to a variety of world destinations including backpacking through the Canadian Rockies, traveling above the Arctic Circle in Norway, into the Sahara in Morocco, and throughout Southeast Asia with a special focus on Thailand. It was my four tours to India that formed me most profoundly, both as a person and as a photographer. It is a magic land of extremes in every sense of the word. More recently I had the opportunity to expand my world view with travel to the Peruvian Andes, the back roads of West...

Thanks, Tim! It is now the second highest building in Canada. A nearby hut in the Valley of the Ten Peaks is a little higher. Swiss guides carried most of the material up from Lake Louise in 1922. Here is a link with interesting details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abbot_Pass_hut

WOW!! Outstanding capture, Steve. I find it ironic that an outhouse is given such a distinction. Do you know if the material for the construction of this building (Abbot's Hut, not the outhouse) was mostly found around the area or whether they had to carry it in. This is amazing. f/v

Thanks, John! We stayed overnight in the hut, which sleeps 22. We climbed up from the BC side, a very steep scree slope to the left of the hut.
