This is my 2nd mat I bought from this company and ONCE AGAIN it did not come with a carrying bag for the mat like I was promised I would get with the purchase of the yoga mat. Now I don't have a bag to carry my mat in.

The complaint is not about the item but about the shipping method. I live in UK and when I bought the item from Fine art website I've paid for the shipping. UPS , the shipping company that Fine art uses in UK, charged my other 36 POUND when they delivered the item. Furthermore, we agreed a delivery day, so I took a day off from work, but they came another day and when they didn't find me home they said that the item would have been shipped back if I didn't collect it from another town in the following 5 days. UNBELIEVABLE

The yoga matt was beautiful! Franco surely helps the cause. My only complaint was that there was a delay in shipment(Ordered Dec. 8th, delivered Dec.24). Wish they provided gift wrapping. I had it shipped to my home, so I could wrap it, and then had to pay $30 to mail across the country. Not a lot of tread on the matt so I sent yoga socks. My sister loved it!
