My husband's uncle flew a Phantom F4j jet in Viet Nam. He contacted me and asked me to do a commissioned piece for him of when the Blue Angels flew the Phantom F4j. He wanted a scene where the jets were returning home. He said that when he was flying at Pensacola, they would see the lighthouse and make a right-hand turn to head out over the big blue expanse of the Gulf to make their final approach to the base. He wanted this done in a realistic style, so Fritz, this one's for you!
