Beautiful painting Gregory! v/f

Hi Mary... I found this large roll of cotton looking for curtain material to darken my studio windows... I loved the reflective and refractive qualities, so I rolled out a large piece onto my studio floor and started the party... The first two or three layers of commercial oil paint were partially absorbed into the cloth, and i built up from there... The cloth is like a light denim that light can penetrate partially... I always stretch my large abstracts after completing them onto very sturdy treated wood frames... I have recently completed two more of these, and I am thrilled with the results... They really have to be seen to appreciate fully, and the larger the space the better for display... Thanks for asking Mary!

Wow for size and composition. Where did you get that size Egyptian cotton(is is a heavier paper or canvas-like?) and how do you frame that large size. L/
