I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Closer of my painting Amalia Rodrigues Music born in the soul
◾Amalia Rodrigues was a Portuguese fado singer. Known as the Rainha do Fado (Queen of Fado), Rodrigues helped popularize fado worldwide and traveled internationally between the 1950s and 1970s. She also became one of the most important figures in the genres development, becoming the pre-eminent female fadista during a 50-year recording and stage career.
Most importantly Ama put fado as a musical genre on the map of world music, in dictionaries, libraries and musical essays. She paved the way for the generations that would follow, and that continue her legacy.
I am a Portuguese visual artist, painter and ceramist, living in Chile. I have 3 children. I have had several individual and group exhibitions throughout my life. I participated in the 1st Andiamerican Art Triennial representing Portugal (1993) and I have exhibited twice at the Ralli Museum. I am a painting teacher at the Talagante Cultural Corporation and at the Penaflor Space. I work in a wide range of media, including oil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, pencil, photography, and mixed media. My artwork can be found in many private collections in Portugal, France, Mozambique, Switzerland, Chile, Nicaragua, Argentina, Australia, and England. �All rights reserved.
