I am a fine artist working primarily in oil. I have received numerous one-man gallery shows, commissions, awards, and I also teach. My formal art education began at Valdosta State University and continued at Georgia Southwestern State University where I earned a B. A. Degree. After college I began a long career as a graphic artist/illustrator for a major publishing corporation in Atlanta. Hi Keith, Thanks for your nice comment. I love plein air painting and lived ten years on Amelia Island so enjoyed your beach scene very much. Of course I moved there because of all the Victorian houses in the old section of town. I still visit friends there each year, after doing my St. Simons Island Workshop in Georgia.
