They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
It's amazing how much our diets effect us. I recently went on a gluten free diet, it's been a difficult adjustment. I have gone to more fruits and vegetables. Since I began I've felt much better. My energy levels have dramatically increased, my asthma attacks have dramatically decreased, and one of the biggest things I notice is...I don't wake up everyday feeling drugged tired. I wake up with a clear mind. All because of my diet change.
