I graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle in Commercial Photography in 1988. I then moved to Southern California, working as a Photographer for the last 30+ years. Thanks Donna. This is actually a photo created on film. The transparency film was cross processed to get the effect. The only photoshop part is the keyhole shape.
