This is my 3rd attempt to have this reconciled. I spoke to someone on the phone on last Friday, the day I received the wrong product. He said he would get back to me. I sent an email complaint on the same day. No one has contacted me. I received something that does not resemble the image to the immediate left, which I photographed; review the image that I received below. The duvet cover was to be a gift for my girlfriend; her birthday was today. Now that time has passed. I inquired about how to to return the duvet cover that was sent, and I have yet to receive instructions on the matter. I've been a member for several years now with no issues, but this has been my first encounter with customer service. I've rated the experience a 1 star only because it's the lowest option. It deserves a 0 rating, since I haven't received the product I ordered, I received a product I didn't order, and I haven't received a follow up on my complaint. Once again, take a look at the image below, an image I've never seen before, and compare it to the Starfish and See Urchins image to the left.
This pastel painting was inspired by the lovely autumn colors of upstate New York.
