Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Perfect! I wish that you'd included a translation of the two inscriptions in some ancient language that are above the shoulders of St John Coltrane. It would cost your company virtually nothing to supply this with the picture.

A beautiful white-tailed doe stares out at us, as we approach through the grasses in the sunny meadow. Will she continue to peacefully graze, or will her white tail flick up, twitch, and will she turn and bound away, alerting the rest of her herd? Or will she allow us to come closer?
My sincere thanks and appreciation to Cheryl Tarrant of Distressed Jewell for the lovely textures used ... and also to Jai Johnson, the style of both of whom I admire greatly. Thought it would be fun to try something along the lines of what they create.
Original photographic images, the deer and the clouds, both captured near my home in Maryland with the Nikon D300. Much editing in Photoshop and other programs.

Life did what it does and the art fell away, but I reconnected when digital photography was introduced. Thomas, thank you ... it is an amazing moment, isn't it?? Where we used to live we had these guys romping through our property all the time. Not always a good thing, as they ate most of our landscaping. Got to the point where we called our azaleas, bonsai-azaleas, because they had been nibbled so "artistically" ... lol!!!
