Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A well-trodden set of steps carries us up from the garden level, through clouds of brilliant white azaleas, to the tall trees beyond.
One of many glorious scenes to be enjoyed at the Brighton Azalea Gardens, in Montgomery County, Maryland. This beautiful stairway, shaded but awash in dappled sunlight, is a favorite destination for so many in the area ... to sit and enjoy, to paint, to photograph or just to enjoy.
This image was sketched from and hand-painted digitally in a loose impressionist style, using my own photography (not from stock or "public domain") as a general guide and starting point, in Corel Painter.
Products and fine art purchases of this image will not include a watermark, and if I may make a recommendation ... wall-art purchases will look their very best on the fine art paper choice of "picture rag."

Welcome! I"m a photographer and digital artist living in the Mid-Atlantic area of the US. Drawing and creating my own little sketchy worlds are some of my earliest memories. Life did what it does and the art fell away, but I reconnected when digital photography was introduced. I enjoy adding to my love of photography by tinkering with computer art programs including Photoshop, Corel Painter, Rebelle and others , though I do not use Ai / Artificial Intelligence.
