Description
I took this wide angle shot of Bell Rock near Sedona, Arizona on a recent
visit to Red Rock Country. This was taken at one of many lookout spots
along the way. I decided to create a little different vignette with the shadowed border and thought it would be more interesting to include some of the
trees in the vista, rather than just the usual shot of Bell Rock.
Sedona, Arizona is certainly a very popular tourist attraction,
and it is obvious why with all the surrounding red and cream
cliffs within the Oak Creek Canyon. The downtown area is
bustling with Pink Jeep tours and people enjoying the various
restaurants, besides purchasing those souvenirs and red dirt T-Shirts!
Another famous place to see there is the Chapel of The Rocks built into the side of a red cliff. I also have a photo of that posted here.

A real beauty, Marilyn! We had some friends who owned a time share in Sedona, and invited us to go with them, but never were able to when they went, but what a gorgeous area of Arizona, and this colorful outcrop of red rock with the other greenery around it makes for a well composed shot. LIKED and FAVED
