Thanks everyone,this restaurant is long gone,it was a famous landmark, with a celebrity wall that included stars from Frank Sinatra to Mick Jagger.Several years back,the staff went on strike for higher wages, but the owners just couldn"t match the demand,so sadly they had to close.I had many a delicious meal there during my student days and while I was teaching art in the 70s and 80s..I wonder if my print buyer has a similar story to relate....all the way from Enfield, N.H!!

This is a Great painting, it really capturing the essences of the look and feeling of biking past bens. Sad visit to the sign yesterday in the journalism building at Concordia not quite the same without the building but still some feeling of nostalgia and loss.
