I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

A picturesque canal scene in the very heart of old Bruges. This idyllic Belgian city really is fairy tale like, straight from the pages of a storybook, it comes complete with pretty little waterways and lakes, arch stone bridges and red brick buildings. At the end of the Wijngaard Bridge, the entrance to the Begijnhof (Beguinage) invites visitors to take a step back in time (this historic quarter was founded in the year 1245) and wander the enchanting grounds of this beautiful convent, currently occupied by Benedictine Nuns. I blended a little texture with my original photograph to compliment the old world feel of this classic Belgian scene.
I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. I like to explore every nook and cranny of anywhere I visit and I'm always looking out for something unusual or unique, weird and wonderful, interesting and intriguing. For me, half the challenge is in the initial taking of the photo, the looking for something that catches my attention, getting that perfect composition, but the other half is in the processing, the tweaking and twisting and the addition of a little imagination to see how much detail I can bring to the surface and hopefully let the viewer see the same as I did when I took the shot. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
