Roland, I am enjoying your painting of Eagle Hill and sharing the cards with our family. My family lived at Eagle Hill in 1870, then moved to Rathnafishogue soon after. The Connors emigrated to the USA in 1880. The family also lived in Clonmore, Knockatomcoyle, and Kilalongford. If you have any paintings of these areas I would be happy to take a look at them. Jim Shannon with the Carlow Historical Society has been helping me with local history. Thanks, tim
