This piece is very true to it's picture very defined. The cup itself is of fine quality as well. The story behind it was beautiful to read. When I look at it, it will take me back to the first time that I saw and read the story. Glad I took the time to purchase. No regrets!

I was not impressed. The picture was not on the whole mug the way the picture shows.

The #Margerie Glacier, a 21-mile-long (34 km) tidewater glacier located at the deep end of the #Glacier Bay. It extends over a width of about 1 mile (1.6 km) and extends upstream for a length of 21 miles (34 km) till its source on the southern slopes of Mount Root, at the #Alaska-Canada border.
I took a Holland American cruise (my favorite) to achieve this close up shot of the glacier. I would recommend this cruise to anyone with a dream to see Alaska up close, as it is a dream of many and one that should be fulfilled at least once in one's lifetime. Alaska was one of the best travel experiences I have ever had.
According to experts this particular area of glaciers in Alaska will melt away due to global warming in our children's lifetime, if not before...
