Description

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

Limited Edition, Giclee on Archival Paper I loved Robert Duvall in his roles in Lonesome Dove, Broken Trail, and Open Range. Duvall considers these movies to be his trilogy. This painting is of Duvall in his role as Boss Spearman in Open Range. With the face of the West changing, he and his partner Charley Waite (Kevin Costner) are among the last of a dying breed of cattle drivers. As they push their herd across the 1880s Midwest, Waite and Spearman find themselves in the middle of a violent dispute with a greedy rancher that tries to force them and their free-grazing cattle off his land.

Kenneth Kelsoe

Kenneth Kelsoe was born in 1944, in Montebello, California, and was the third of four boys. His father, Boze, was a lumber grader. Boze changed jobs frequently, so the family moved up and down the west coast of the United States. At one time they lived in a logging camp in the Trinity Alps. On another, the family lived in downtown East Los Angeles. While in high school, Ken played football, water polo, and wrestled. He was also the editor of the school newspaper. Ken graduated from Marysville High School in 1962. After graduation he worked in a lumber mill for a year before returned to school to study art at Santa Ana College and Yuba College. While at Yuba College, Ken met Patsy Lynn DeGarmo, the love of his life. In 1965...
