I first apply washes of the tones I use as my underlying color.. then I start to put in some of the detail with colored pencil. There are more washes added to keep the colors how I want them and, of course, the highlights are added last (and are the most fun to do).

Complete 2007 after 13.01 hours spread over 8 days

08-27-23 Up at around 1 AM in terrible pain in my left leg. Waited all night till around 5 AM when I told my husband that I could not walk. He took me to the Emergency room of our local hospital. And we waited. Around 11 AM I was taken to Ultrasound and then Radiology. Nothing showed up but after speaking to the doctor we both agreed that I probably strained a tendon.
