Yes, in a year they will be gigantic and tall, Jim. Great capture!
Jim Thompson replied:
Thanks Barbara. I think our neighbors, when we lived in the Mojave Desert, had a pair of these. They flowered several times over the 24 years we were there. The stems must have been 0-30 feet tall. This pair, however, were planted in a yard next tot he street here in Northern California.
