Cherry blossoms frame Himeji Castle in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. The castle is one of the finest surviving examples of Japanese castle architecture and is a complex of 83 buildings and advanced defensive system from the feudal era. It is also known as the "White Egret Castle" or "White Heron Castle".
