Artist's Description
The Chesapeake Bay Bridge at Annapolis, Maryland. The image was made early afternoon from aboard a boat I had chartered to photograph the Maryland lighthouses. This view is from the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay looking towards what is affectionately called simply "The Eastern Shore". The double spans are unique, but more impressive from an artistic standpoint is the curve in the one span on the right.

I've been published in many national books and magazines, and am the publisher and co-publisher of numerous lighthouse and wildlife posters. I have led a number of tours for the Smithsonian Institution and produced multimedia slide shows for them and others.
