This is a beautiful painting! The artist knows my husband and we were so excited to bring one of her pieces of art into our home! It's beyond what we expected! It is part of the background when I do virtual meetings (which I am in all day long) and I get so many compliments on how beautiful my "virtual backdrop is". When I tell people that it's my actual office, they always comment on the art!

Love this painting and so many compliments as it's in a treatment room where my husband is a Chiropractor. His patients love it!

The Lion And Lamb painting is absolutely beautiful and very anointed. It speaks such peace to me. We have been furnishing a missionary apartment and as soon as I saw this picture I knew it was the one! I know it will minister to each missionary that stays in our apartment just like it ministers to me.

She is very like my sweet Emma and I bought it in memory of her. Emma's room is now my office but the painting makes clear that it is still, first and foremost, kitty space. This piece comforts my heart every day. Emma has been gone for a year and I miss her incredibly.
Artist's Description
This is an old pencil drawing of a Coelacanth fish that I believe I drew with soft pencils primarily a 6B on an old piece of watercolor paper. The Coelacanth is an Ocean dwelling fish which grows to about 100 lbs and was thought to have gone extinct about 66 million years ago until it was rediscovered in 1938.
About Michael Panno
I mostly specialize in pencil drawings and watercolor paintings at this time. Although I never have taken any serious art classes I have a natural ability to put things which I can see onto paper with good accuracy. Some of the drawings and paintings I am currently displaying here were created for the US Army Corps as interpretive wildlife images for use on nature trails. Previous to that I created some pencil drawings for Valley Forge National Historical Park in Philadelphia PA, these were drawings of a variety of extinct and a few extant species of animals which the fossil remains of had been found inside the park. The original drawings I created were then modified into post cards with facts on the animals and were used for a display in...
